NEW seamless 60" 2010 Model R60 race mono.
The new 60" 2010 Model R60 race mono is an upgraded version of the original R60. This next generation seamless
mono has had some serious changes made to the bottom of the hull as well as some additional features to the top deck
and engine cover. My challenge is to produce a 60" mono capable of holding its own against much
smaller monos in general oval racing competition as well as being able to handle the extremes of Offshore conditions.
Sunday the 27th December 2009 was the first test run for the single engine hull and was in extremely windy and choppy conditions. Performance and handling were equally matched by easily maintaining speeds of 80 k's + in the poor conditions. The twin inline version has also had its debut run with speeds in excess of 100 kph and supurb handling capabilities.
Further testing today, the 31st January 2010, of the single engine boat went very well. Speeds consistantly in the low 80's and capable of handling all water conditions makes for one exceptional package, and all this with a stock Zenoah engine.
Testing has gone very well so I have decided to release the hull earlier than expected and are now available.
